Wednesday Evening Flow:
Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30pm
This unique Vinyasa flow class follows a monthly theme and merges a Vinyasa flow with elements of Hatha and mobility work. Throughout the month, we build up to a peak pose in the last week and each week builds in difficulty as we move to that peak pose. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up and moves into a Vinyasa flow, finally finishing with some long holds in cool down poses. It is ideal to start this class at the beginning of the month, but one can drop in anytime as well!

Foundations:
Wednesdays, 7:30 - 8:30 am
In this class, we focus on the foundations of our yoga practice and is a perfect class for those who are new to yoga or just getting into it. Or anyone who wants to get back to the basics! The class is a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow styles of yoga, with more of a focus on the Hatha elements. In Hatha, we hold poses for longer and focus on form and alignment. Vinyasa is more movement and flowing sequences of movements with the breath, and both are taught in this class

Mobility Blast:
Tuesdays, 8:00 - 8:45 am
This class is solely focused on mobility work, so don't come to this blast expecting a normal yoga class! :) Mobility work focuses on active range of motion (movement of a joint without external assistance) rather than passive range of motion (another part of the body or an external for helps to get into this position - essentially flexibility). This class will be between a half hour and 45 min. If you would like to attend this class, please watch the intro video with the link below. It contains some background on mobility work, why it is important and some key terminology I will be using during class.
